Good morning, Azeroth.
Hope everyone had a great weekend. Just a quick reminder that tonight we have Firelands, and all that is left up is Ragnaros. Should be a quick night.
I know I've mentioned this before, but if time allows and everyone is OK... I'd really like to whip through Throne of the Four Winds. Shouldn't take long, but I know a few of us still need the final achievement.
We will also be talking on vent a bit tonight; discussing the progression part of heroics. I don't want us to go stagnant until 4.3 and Deathwing.

Like a boss.
Well, our heroic attempt on Shannox last night didn't go as easily as we anticipated. There is a lot more coordination needed then the guides and videos explained.
I do think this is doable, but will take a few more attempts. With that said, I'm torn as far as raiding is concerned. After stopping attempts on Shannox; we went through and cleared up to Ragnaros. With all of the drops; we disenchanted everything with the exception of the tier shoulders and a ring... Luckily, we did get badges; but otherwise... it was nothing.
I'd like to hear your feedback on the next steps. I would like to continue heroics but we will all (myself included) to be more focused and prepared.
On Monday we will down Ragnaros, and maybe do some old content.... As mentioned, I still need the final boss of the Throne of the Four Winds.

Goodbye Mr. Dragon… err.. Mr. Elemental….
Last night we finally cleared the last boss of the current content. Although we started off really rough... And when I mean really rough... I mean really rough. But, once we got into our grove; it only took 2-3 attempts to finally down Ragnaros.
Everyone did a fantastic job, and it was very fulfilling to put another notch on the guild belt.
I've already been approached about the 'next steps' and so here is my official response. Most of us still need gear and the tier pieces. Usually after clearing content, people slack off. However, this is the time to get prepared for the next level of content (Deathwing). I do believe that some of the heroic modes are very doable; so we will be approaching them with caution.
I want everyone to have their tier set before the next patch.
Again, great job everyone! I'm proud of you all!

RAGNAROS DOWN
Just want to say it was fun to see us take down Ragnaros last night. We had issues getting focused last night but finally got it together and dropped him. 
Great job and glad to have been a part of it!
