   the order i believe the easiest to hardest for us is as follow:

   Ryolith -> Domo -> baleroc/Alysrazor -> Beth

   Domo and up requires enormous awareness and dps, make sure you know the fight.
   Also i think we should be able to 1-2 shot rag before we attempt anything past ryolith. (for domo you need to avoid every possible damage for as long as possible or we will wipe, if we cant survive rag mechanic on regular its gonna be really hard on the heroic modes)

     just wanted to add, beth can be easier on the list if we got 1 person that can solo spiderling + exploding spider, but even then the dps needed is pretty harsh for the raid to not get overwhelmed.

     tried the addon, got better result than wowreforge.com and it i just had to push a button to reforge everything. was pretty nice

   I tried the add-on and the website Chris gave… I liked both, and actually used a combination of the two. For example, the website was basically all or nothing for spec’ing into Mastery. The add-on tried to balance dodge/parry… So, I tried to balance both… but I did focus more on mastery than anything else.

   I don’t disagree with any of the assessments. I would say the only thing that is going through my head right now is that we basically have two months (Estimated) prior to 4.3. My questions more come to what commitment or to what extent does AJ want to clear FL heroic prior to 4.3? As in, do we increase a raid night, are we fine just getting another kill or two, etc. I know I would be okay trying to workout a 3rd raid night for a short time, minus the Thanksgiving break so that we can try to clear more. Right now if we look at Shannox we are basically going to clear a heroic boss every 2-3 weeks depending. And I imagine the week of Thanksgiving attendance will be down.

   If we are going to really make a true attempt at heroic we should consider a 3rd raid night. Our attendance has been great and we basically have 12 to 13 people that we rotate as part of our core group and we have plenty of interchangeable parts, which is FANTASTIC!

   Oh last thing is I know Cless put in order his thoughts on order, and I am fine with everyone’s assessment of what bosses we need to work towards. I think everyone needs to come prepared after this week to fight both Rhyolith and Majordomo on heroic. We tend to get warn down by the repetition of the same fight and I think it would be good for us to see the mechanics of more than one fight on nights where we move on after failed attempts. This would at least allow us to see the mechanic in person and be better prepared when we do get Rhyolith down to move right into Majordomo.

   Some bosses mechanics are easier than others but I have seen crazy things where raid groups just are better at certain mechanics than others, easy fights being a pain in the butt and a harder fight (typically) being easier for that raid group.
