Friendly reminders
First off, happy hump day and happy raid day. Wednesday's are one of my favorite days of the week, not only because the work week is half over but also raid night.
We will be putting a lot more effort into heroics starting tonight; which means I totally expect Shannox to go down tonight. I think we had the pattern work out perfectly last week, and just need a little luck on our side to make it happen.
Next on our reading list is: Loot... and the Drama it Unfolds
Apparently, there was some minor loot drama on Monday. Before I say anything, I just want to remind everyone... AJ has never been about loot... ever. Our mantra has always been, "progressing as friends". While it's great to get those new shiny purple loots, it can be bittersweet if other people are effected.
In a 10-man group, drama should NEVER happen. At this point in progression, there are only going to be a handful of gear that everyone needs. We could break that down, but let's try to focus here guys (and gals). The way it's been and always will be is simple... If a piece drops you need, and more than one person wants it... whomever needs the upgrade more should get it. It's really that simple. Since this is a tight nit group; a little couth can go a long way. If you've already won a piece that night, try to roll with the punches and allow someone else to benefit from the raid.
As mentioned, this late in progression the pieces that drop are few and far between. Let's not lose focus guys.

I agree with the now loot drama, I know it can happen, but just remember, it’s OK if you don’t lead the charts in dps/healing/threat, as long as we are progressing. I know my heals are decent so I am not going to sweat not getting the uber awesome loot as long as another raider is getting it, because that makes the whole group improve. It’s called TEAM WORK. Just saying, and I wasn’t even there so if I am off base, just ignore me, it works most of the time.

lol, true story, I think I heard a death threat being made over a grey sword worth 2g. It was ugly with all the yelling and stuff.

Sorry…not good enough. We want you back, Dan. You are so missed…why Shane just said the other day that what our guild needs is more Priest.
Of course, since we’ve been together so long we’d be happy to never drama over anything. So let me just say here and now….I’m sorry, but 2g is 2g man…geez.
